In the morning, Laura and I took a hike to the Royal Arch on a trail that started at Chautauqua Park on the edge of Boulder.  All Trails labeled the trail as hard with an elevation gain of 1,400 ft in about 1-mile distance.  Although the 4.1-mile hike was very strenuous, the views were spectacular, and the natural arch at the top of the mountain was amazing.  This evening we had an excellent dinner with great views of the Flatirons at a Spanish restaurant, Corrida.
